John has an MBO degree in Dairy Agriculture and a graduate certificate in Bible from Multnomah Seminary. God led he and his wife, Wendi, into full-time ministry in Romania. Their ministry consisted of developing children and youth ministries and training nationals. After eight years in Romania, they returned to the U.S. where John continued teaching courses at a missionary training school. After 15 years in the U.S., they were ready to return to ministry overseas. This brought them to Tyndale in 2018. They have two adult sons, living in the U.S. John’s family continues to live in The Netherlands. John and Wendi live in Badhoevedorp.
