Tyndale Theological Seminary, located in the Netherlands, offers graduate-level theological education for over 39 years. More than 1500 students have graduated from the seminary from 88 nations. YWAM (Youth With A Mission) is an international Christian missionary organization that provides various training programs, including the School of Biblical Studies (SBS) and degree programs through the University of the Nations (UofN).
On the 10th of September 2024 the leadership of Tyndale Theological Seminary represented by president Gunnar Mägi and the leadership of YWAM Amsterdam represented by Steve Ashworth have reached an agreement to serve and work together training workers for the mission of God around the globe, culminating in the signing of a memorandum of understanding.
The need for training evangelists, missionaries, preachers and teachers of the gospel is great. Formal and informal approaches to education strengthen the body of Christ and prepare individuals for effective ministry. This partnership between Tyndale Theological Seminary and YWAM Amsterdam will combine the strengths of both organizations, offering a unique blend of academic rigor and practical missionary experience. Together, we aim to equip the next generation of Christian leaders with the knowledge, skills, and spiritual formation necessary to impact communities worldwide with the message of hope and transformation found in the gospel.
