At the end of each academic year, our student body puts forth candidates for election to serve as their representatives on the Student Life Committee (SLC) to serve the following academic year. This year (2025/2026) we are pleased to announce Ugo Akaniru and Minahal Khokhar as our new president and vice president of the student-elected Student Life Committee. Ugo is from Nigeria and is entering his second year of the Masters of Divinity program (MDiv). Minahal is also a second year MDiv student who comes to us from Pakistan.
Also, on the Student Life Committee will be an elected “first year” representative as well as the school’s Chaplain, Dean of Students, and Dean of Women.
As a representative of the student body, the SLC President, Ugo, will also join the President’s Cabinet to offer invaluable insight on behalf of the students.
We are honoured to have them on the SLC.
